Background:
1) Program minimum represents the simplest program design one can do.
2) “As many rounds as possible” is the 4th protocol in the TACFIT metabolic conditioning series. It is a very straightforward protocol, no time pressure, perfect for beginners.
3) Supersetting a lower body exercise and an upper body exercise is an excellent way to get the heart pumping (peripheral heart action).
To reap the most benefits of these programs, please:
1) Pay attention to the Intuitive Training Protocols
2) Pay attention to the 7 Key Components of Structure
3) Exhale on effort, compression or contact
4) Use the 4×7 or 7×4 periodization models, that means especially doing your recovery on the non-training days and start any new training program with a Moderate Day
5) Stay with an exercise level for at least one month or only increase the sophistication when it becomes too easy (RPE drops to 6 and below)
